Help: Phone not opening

Sorry if this is already posted. I am on my phone and did a quick search and found nothing.

Well, when I click phone (or try to acess it other ways) nothing happens. No loading at all. The only recent changes ive made are installing customizer and opera mobile (the "popular, free" one)

on that note, whenever i try to play a youtube video it doesn't work. WMP opens up and gives me an error.

I'm running the latest official ROM.

sometimes the htc homeplugin does that if thats what your using and for the youtube i recommend using vtap or you could go with a flash bundle.

Happens alot to me. It is always fixed by a soft reset. I am not using the HTC plugin either.

i have had it happen to me (not being able to open the phone app) and it was because my pim.vol was corrupted. i just reloaded it and the problem was gone. hope this helps.

That might of worked... I don't know I uninstalled almost everything and nothing happened so I reinstalled the ROM.
