I think that I bricked my phone

I tried flashing one of the 6.1 ROMS and I am stuck on the black htc screen. Is there anything that can be done?

hard reset? If not, get into the boot loader and try to reflash.

I tried a hard reset. How do i get to the bootloader?

With the device completely powered down, hold camera and power at the same time.
