try *228, and you do need an a-key, trust me.
If you cant get it working, load it up with stock and take it to vzw.

When I put the stock rom back on I can use *228 and updates successfully and phone calls work without a hitch. But when I check PST, the AKEY is empty. Why would that be?

i think mine was the same. you need to call #8899 and get an akey. just say thats all you need. but i was able to call *228 before i got an akey. I havent had your problem before, so i dont know whats causing it. did you try *22899?

You might get better results if your thread title said that you were on the DCD ROM, not 3.16, which is the Sprint test ROM. Last edited by bakntyme; 01-27-2008 at 06:15 PM. |

You said that in the Verizon ROM phone calls work but you get invalid user name on Internet access. You did enter the Verizon user name and password? Last edited by bakntyme; 01-27-2008 at 06:33 PM. |
