HTC Audio Manager not working on XV6800
I just got a new XV6800 yesterday after waiting FOREVER for Verizon to release them. I really like the phone so far (actually its not much different than my XV6700 with Helmi_c's WM6 kitchen...lol). I've been using my XV6700 with Helmi's kitchen for quite awhile, and it's been absolutely amazing. But, I wanted more memory, and better battery life and some of the features of the XV6800 so I took the plunge.
Well, to make a long story a little less long, I installed HTC Audio Manager Version 1.02 (Build 614.712) so that I could play music from the HTC Home Plugin, like had been doing in the past, and HTC Audio Manager won't work. When I start it it goes to the audio manager screen and starts searching.....and it never quits. The hourglass just keeps going until I get sick of watching it and terminate the program. Does anyone have any ideas about this? I tried removing the memory card, thinking that something on there might be corrupted, but that didn't help. Windows Media player works fine, but I can't use that with the HTC Home plugin.
Also, anyone heard of any upcoming kitchens for the Mogul yet? (Hint hint helmi_c)....lol
Any pet peeves with the Mogul that I should know about, and are there any solutions to them?
I have heard that any time you do a hard reset now, you have to call Verizon.....what a bunch of BS. I hate Verizon. Unfortunately, I have to have them for work.
