Help flashing my Mogul

I need some help Im trying to flash my phone and Im up to the point of trying to use Colonal rom and I dont know what to do. What do I do with the RUU file?? I read this " You can use any official ROM update for your device and just replace the RUU_signed.nbh file with the .nbh file of the ROM of your choice" but what do it mean??? Do I put any number or something else??
