Experience with Qmenu on the xv6800? Im having some issues...

Overall, I have been pretty satisfied with Qmenu. I like it much better than HTC's x-button. I did run into a few problems though.

1) Sometimes when I hit the button to open messaging when Qmenu is running, it will hang for a long time. Often times I cannot open it at all.
2) I cannot receive MMS messages when Qmenu is active. The subject line of the MMS message is scrambled with foreign characters and it will not download the message.

I noticed that if I shut down Qmenu, these problems go away. What could be the issue?

btw... Im running the xv6800 with rom 2.09 from VZW.
