email app problems

I just installed the palm threaded sms, but now my email app is acting really weird. Whenever i used to start the email app (via the htc home plugin button) it would go straight to my gmail account, but since I installed the threaded sms whenever i open my email it opens the messaging screen, the gmail screen, and sometimes even the text message screen. Other times it will just randomly open without me doing anything. This is really annoying, does anyone know how to fix it, or can someone send me a veriosn of threadedsms that does do it?


Also now that I've installed threadesms, my text message inbox opens up about every 10 minutes for no reason. even if i put my phone on lock and turn off the display, the text message inbox will be open when i use my phone again.
