Can Someone Please Make me a CAB?

Guys, I need a cab that will change a registry key. I really need help. My brightness keys in the registry are both 0, so I can't see anything.
If someone could make one real quick that does this I will be forever in your debt.
The key is
HKCU > Control Panel > BackLight > ACBrightNess

It's currently 0, I need it changed to like 5.

dig around... I remember some software where you could edit your Mogul registry from the PC via Activesync.

Try this. It does this (Backlight on Battery is 4th notch from min, on Power is Full, On Battery Standy by is 2 minutes, On Power, 10 minutes, plus the power management battery tweaks):
