questions about titan

I have been thinking about getting one of these, but i have a few questions first. I see a lot of people complaining about the ram, but is it really that bad? Does the limited ram keep you from running some applications or something?

Also, with sprint, what is the cheapest plan that i could get with unlimited data, and a few hundred minutes per month? I looked at the plans on their website but it doesnt look like they have everything they offer up there.
