Exclamation 3-way calling (Conference Calling)

Yup, I feel like this guy, hitting a brick wall. I have 3 way calling on my calling plan and was able to do so with my Palm 700wx. On this phone (PPC 6800) there are instructions on how to make a conference call except for one problem. I do not have a "hold" option on my phone and therefore cannot conference my calls.

Is there a reason my phone would be missing that feature and is there a way to get that feature on my phone, seeing as how it is a part of my service plan and used quite a bit...

Anybody got an idea?

I think you just press the green phone button. That should do it.

When I press the green button quick (just a quick jab of the button) nothing happens, when I press and hold the green button it puts the phone into speaker mode.

(This is all while the phone is in an active call of course)

Thanks for trying

just a friendly warning. i've heard that the touch dialer causes some major mem. leak. something about it trying to write something to memory that the 6800 does not have. i don't know if there is a fix, but i wanted to bring it up in case someone started to have the problem and didn't know where it was coming from
