Anyone have this issue?
It happens all the time, even after a do a hard reset:

maybe it is the rom you are using on the phone.
I get the odd single line 3/4 of the way down on my screen. I have found it to be a software bug caused by ilauncher or weather panel.

My Resco Plugin Does It All The Time. I go into The Today Screen Settings uncheck it and then uncheck it and then it works fine. Hassle but hey, it doesn't bother me too much.
