Overclocking the CPU??

Anyone given this any thought? Not sure my tech skills are up to par enough to venture into this without some serious research.

Highly unadvisible. You need to worry about the extra heat and also it would kill your battery even faster.

AFIAK, you can't overclock a mobile processor. The most you can hope for is to disable/manually set the scaling. There's a can for that floating around the internet somewhere.

This was done before on the HTC Apache. There was an app that allowed you to clock the chip at ~500mhz and ~600mhz
