Error when sending MMS

The majority of the time I try to send a picture message, I get this error:

HTTP: Send GET Request Failed

I have Pix Messaging on my account. Maybe 10% of the time I've attempted to send Pix messages, it actually went through. Any idea what this error means? I usually also have the 3G logo up top when I attempt sending, if that matters.
