Imagio Keyboard not working properly compared to Touch Pro 2!?

I had the TP2 and I absolutely loved the onscreen keyboard. I never used the huge qwerty slide out keyboard and this is part of the reason why I got the Imagio. Despite some of the issues people say regarding the Imagio, I find it to be quite decent.

One thing I am having issues with is when txting and using the onscreen keyboard, which I hear is HTC's standard onscreen keyboard. I can't type like I could on the TP2!!! I could fly with the keyboard on the TP2, one handed or two, and hardly misspell anything. With the Imagio, I type the exact same as I would with the TP2 and it's rather annoying how off my words are.

I am wondering if others are having this issue. Whether it's the Imagio touchscreen or WinMo 6.5 or what. I have even tried Resco keyboard pro as well as Finger Keyboard. I feel these perform almost worse than the HTC Keyboard. I wanted to like the Resco one and thought it might work because the keys are spread apart.

I am using the same exact screen protector that I had on my touch pro 2 as well. The screen almost seems very sensitive. I will hit a letter and then the preview is correct but once I go to release my finger it winds up using the letter next to the one I've pressed.

What gives?
