Blank text message from voicemail

Every time I get a new voice mail notification I get a blank text message from my voice mail as well. How do I disable this?

I have seen this question arise -so far no one had found an answer (that I can remember).

This was being discussed about a month ago and unfortunately I haven't been able to get it going. It is related to the newer HTC message clients. You can see where it left off if you would like.
