Anybody having an issue with their text message counter???

I have the HTC Imagio for Verizon. My Text message counter bubble reads (1) but I have no new messages, in the tree Inbox(1) and Drafts(1) but neither are true. Any idea how I can clear these out????

This is my first post here. Thanks to any who attempt to help me.

ive had the same issue twice now. it's because of a conflict between the two text messaging programs on your device, windows mobile and htc's superior messaging program. the only fix i know of is to hard reset the device :/ and try limiting yourself to using only one of the text services

Hard Reset is a bit harsh!

Find a copy of "FixUnreadCount_951.exe" here http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?p=5321760 and use that instead. Worked for me just fine many times.

If HTC's is the one you get from tapping the message then I disagree. The one you get from "All messages" (seems like window's) is better. Three words: Cut and Paste.
