Whats the Hero worth in your opinion?

I am goin to be selling my Hero soon and I am tryin to think about how much its worth. I mean its a great phone and despite the fact that it can be found dirt cheap on contract it is still like $400+ retail. I figure all things considered $200 is fair. It has resonable wear since it has been used since launch but no scratches or dings or anything it does have that weird HTC discoloration thing if you remember the touch pro battery door you know what i mean lol.... anyway I just wonder what others think the Hero (in general not mine necessarily) is worth i know quite a few of us will be parting ways with ours soon :'(.

How do the factors like:

The Evo

The low contract price

Used phone

Etc...

Effect the value of the Hero?

Just my thoughts at nearly 4am lol

If it was brand new $250-$300 sounds like a good price.

Since your phone has "reasonable" wear, probably like $150-$200...

Thats what I figured. I wonder if the Evo will cause a boom in Hero purchases both used and new. I'm wondering what kind of price drops the Hero will see on contract.
