Phone stuck on skateboarding android screen

I totally messed up my phone and I hope someone can help me. My phone is rooted but I erased everything on my phone trying to flash another rom, now I can't load anything on my phone. I lost all recovery no backup, I try to flash a ruu and it seems to connect but when it says its going into bootloader the phone turns off and back on and i get the 171 error. I can't flash a custom recovery because i keep getting the failed partition error. I THINK IM SCREWED. This is a pic of the only screen i get.

What ROM did you flash that missed it up?

Re: Phone stuck on skateboarding android screen

I would try moving your files to your computer via SD and reformatting your card. Then after reformat, move them back and try again. Your micro card might be corrupt though so you may need to buy a new one to get it to work again. This is why I never partition because of the instability of storage cards being used continuously with system file access.
