slow speed on wifi?
Hey everybody. I was just wondering who else has slow speeds on wifi? Ive teied searching and couldnt find anything. Any help to fix would be appreciated. Seems like the only issue i couldnt resolve so far.

The wifi tether is sort of set to slow speeds and sprint hot spot is set to fast but signal wise on 4g looses a lot sometimes have to be very close to it

yes you are correct using my phone surfing internet over wifi instead of the mobile network. Wifi tether is blazing on my phone so all is well there its just the other is driving me nuts.

I'm having the same issues. Half of the time it feels like it's dropped a connection with my wifi and I normally have to kill using the task killer to get it to go again.

What Rom and radio are you on I never had this issue till recently

Im usin OMJ 3.6 and 2.15.00.09.01 radio. ive always had the problem. I just dont have good service at home so Id prefer to use my wifi to surf on the phone.

Im running a stock evo, and I do have slow wifi speeds....i mean, I only get like 4 bars SOMETIMES in my home, mosty 2 to 3, but even 3g on that seems faster than my wifi with full signal...

what Wifi Radio are you connecting to? I switched to 11N-300 and get speeds comparable with my PC. Haven't tried to clock them but web pages come up very fast.

Oh im using an N router and I get no service on the main level of my house (or just roam) and when I do 3g 1 bar is sooooo much faster.
