I use the Digital Clock Widget, free from the market, made by Maize. Simple and different sizes available. Not sure if this is what you're looking for.

I bought Beautiful Widgets, there are all kinds of different skins for the clock to download.

Look in Market place for DigiClock, and for Digital Clock Widget... Digital Clock Widget is really customizable and can have no background, or a slight black transparent background...

Mmmmm kinda what im lookin for but i want to have the htc clock with the weather animation just like i used to have on my htc imagio

Beautiful Widgets animates...not as extensively as HTC's..but it does have movement.
