trying to flash clockwork recovery mod
I did the 4 step root for the ota update people last night.....after that I tried to install clockwork recovery and I keep getting An error running privileged commands.....does this mean I'm not rooted? Everything seemned to work fine on the four step root last night.....I'm a noob to Android could use a little help....thanks.

root via that guide and then go to the market and download rom manager to install clockwork when your done.

Huh....apparently I am not rooted!!!! Wth? I did the 4 step simple root for 1.47 and it downgraded me back to what I had before I accepted the ota.....so what did I really do here? Can i now do the normal root method ?

sounds like your not rooted then.. try the 4 step again ..
