Why can't I root!?

Well, I've been trying to root my phone for two days and nothing has seemed to work. I've tried different methods and different files, different sd cards, formatting sd cards and still nothing. I get the same messages over and over again.

First the phone tries to read the files upon boot and I get messages saying 'no image!' and 'no image or wrong image!' Then if/once I get passed that it will say 'fail to verify whole file signature'. Or it will say 'main version is older! update failed!'

I can't find any solutions, I've searched through dozens of forums, posts and guides and still come up with the same results.

Well if you updated your phone yesterday you cant root.. If you did not update then proceed. If you did then just stop the show is over until someone finds a new exploit.
