I don't think this is the case. at least not for me since I suffer from it but never have used Wi-Fi on it yet. Never even have it turned on to be connected to anything. Only the network for me so far.

Go into settings, and uncheck auto time zone and time. Choose yours, and you're good to go

I wish that were true. Unfortunately, that didn't cure me. It seems to happen at times where I bounce between coverage: WiFi, 3g, 1x, etc. Example: coming out of an elevator.

OMJ suggested this, but it did not clear it up for me.

Weird. If it is set to manual, it shouldn't change. Another glitch to be fixed with first update I guess. You left "auto " unchecked? I noticed that he said to unchecked it, then check it again. Leaving it unchecked is what worked for me

Do now if this will help yall but my phone was doing that all morning so i started up goolgle maps and after it locked in my location I exited on maps Boom my location was back.
