Current Time?

Anyone else have issues where the phone will be prompting for you to select the correct time zone after periods of inactivity...like overnight?

Even though I am on WiFi and have great cell reception, this seems to happen to me after periods where I have not had my phone in any kind of use for a few hours.

I can't select CST from the list. While I can probably turn off network date/time, I'd rather not. I travel for work, and it's less hassle to have it set to network.

I haven't seen it on the ELTE, but I did see that on my 3D running ICS.....I've also seen both the ELTE & 3D show the wrong time (off by 1 hr), when I went into time settings, I unchecked automatic time zone then checked it, and it corrected itself.....not sure why it's doing this.

I actually unchecked and checked it this morning for no real reason other than...well...yeah, I got nothing! :sign5:

We'll see if that does the trick!

OMJ's suggestion didn't take care of it for me either. I have a feeling it is something to do with the way the radios sleep when inactive and/or cutting between wifi/3g and the cell towers.

I've had this same issue quite a few times over the last week. No clue why it pops up but it appears to have the right time.
