freezing and locking up

Am I the only one having issues with the E3D freezing and locking up. This is my first android but man my phone is having issues. It seems to have a dead spot in the upper quarter part of the screen. Some other wreid stuff going on too. Must be my phone only cause I have not seen any other people stating any issues like mine.

Re: freezing and locking up

Take that puppy* to a sprint store and swap for a new one. Period. The phones too new at this point so you will get a new one, not a refurb. But hurry! Supplies won't last long!

Re: freezing and locking up

Haven't seen any freezing issues yet. Sense will restart on its own every now and then though, and I've heard some people saying their phone will reboot for no reason. Could it be an app you installed causing issues?

Re: freezing and locking up

I agree with gator352 and take It back to Sprint or do a Hard reset and uninstall your Apps and see if that fixes the issue with your E3D.

Re: freezing and locking up

Going to work on that today (taking it back). It has also asked me to insert theSD card twice now. Very strange stuff going on here. Don't think its any apps that I've downloaded cause it started to act strang very quickly out of the box. Is the 3D better than EVO? The 3D is kinda cool but don't see me using it much
