I tried getting the credit but was told I have to be within 6 months of contract expiration. They just reset my upgrade last week, so I get the full upgrade, but contract expires 6/2012....oh well, at least I've got full upgrade.
they did offer the credit on another line a few weeks ago, but it was only $45.

^ well my contract expired about 3 years ago, and still managed to get it i guess if you really push for it, but i just called and it was rather painless...now i get to purchase my evo3d tonite

Just got this email from my EVP rep when I asked him about ordering on 6/21:
Mr. Jones, This offer was for Sprint Gold Premier customers that preordered the device by 6/17/2011. However, we expect most devices to ship on 6/24 anyhow, as initial quantity will be very limited on 6/21. If you’d like, I’ll be glad to place your preorder for 6/24. The device will be $199.99, which is billed to the account – so payment information would not be needed. Thank you! BRIAN SUTTON Account Manager | Employee Value Program (EVP) This is the first I've heard of having to be a gold premier customer and having to pre-order it to get it on 6/21.
