Is it possible to root after the ICS sprint update?

Hi just updated my E3D a couple of weeks ago with the new Sprint update.

My devices is unrooted.

Now I want to know if after that update I can root it.

Because the Hboot of my device changed to 1.58 or something like that.

Thanks

I'm not up to speed on the latest hboot, but worse case, unlock via htcdev, then flash TWRP, then add root.
