tethering (intenet sharing) with windows vista

I just bought a windows vista pc and I can't get internet sharing to work with my vista pc via USB. I have WMDC working with my diamond and my vista pc and it syncs just fine. I had my diamond's internet sharing working with my Windows XP computer just fine.
Anyone have any ideas?
Is there anything special that needs to be done on my Windows Vista PC to get the USB internet sharing to work.
