WM 6.5 Scrolling

Does anyone know how to disable WM 6.5 scrolling? I like the way Tflo does it much better and I can't figure out how to disable it.

Strange, I prefer 6.5's scrolling. The only thing that bothers me with it is the short delay before it starts scrolling in certain screens, such as the file browser. Other than that, I find it more fluid than TouchFlo.

Its a bit more smooth, but I can't stand how quickly it jumps, and the fact you cannot stop scrolling by pressing again. When you try stopping the scroll it merely goes the other way, this is very annoying.

I've lowered the sensitivity to deal with how fast it jumps, but the inability to stop scrolling is really getting to me, other than that you ROM is rock solid. (and obviously my issue is 6.5 behavior not your ROM)

If anyone wanted to know, I found an app on XDA that works perfectly.

Now it only scrolls a few lines down, instead of the 80 by default. Scrolling down 80 lines on a 40 person contact list is pretty much useless for me.
