Backing Up Connection Settings

How do i back up internet connection settings, the Arcsoft Settings with regards to the MMS server i set up, and the ##778# settings. I want to be able to update my rom without going through hours of configuration and trouble shooting.

sprite backup should back up those type of settings...i believe
