Theme Question

Ok guys I'm using Mighty ROM 4.1 and the black/white theme is starting to wear on me, I need a theme with color.

Questions

Can I change themes without changing my ROM?
What themes would you suggest for someone wanting color and vibrance (if possible please provide pic, and a link to download)

i found a few that i liked, but ended up just making my own colors with manila editor and photoshop..

So with the manilla editor, you were able to change the color of your icons?

Here is a cool one with lots of color....sorry I don't have a screen shot. It can be uninstalled, if you don't like it.
