How to Change Volume Control Timeout

When I change the volume control on my Sprint Diamond, the volume screen stays up for another few seconds before returning to the previous screen. Does anyone know of a registry entry to reduce the time the volume screen is displayed once you bring it up and change it? I've got a problem with patience and can't stand to wait the 5 seconds for the volume screen to timeout and return to the main screen. No soup for HTC!

Tap on the empty space any where on the screen. Works on the TP, should work on the Diamond. Hit Thanks if this helps.
