Can I put Altell Touch Diamond on Verizon Using Sprint Diamond Method??

Just as the title says, am I able to buy an Altell Touch Diamond and use the Sprint Diamond programming methods to put it on Verizon?

Ive read all the threads on how to get the Sprint Diamond on Verizon and it would seem that it could work since they are the same device but I am wondering if the settings you have to use are specific to Sprint or are they general for all Touch Diamonds. I know the same process works for Touch Pro/Diamond so I figured it was the same for all those devices regardless of carrier.

Anyone who does phone programming have an idea if this programming would work on a Alltel phone

Yes I had heard that maybe Verizon didnt push through with thier own Diamond in hopes of putting out the Alltel one. If so then Im down but if they change any hardware Id rather have a Alltel Diamond over a gimped Verizon one.
