Sprint HTC Touch Diamond

My Sprint HTC Touch Diamond will not find signal. I performed a soft reset by pressing reset button and manually loaded new prl file, but no luck. I noticed when I manually load the prl by presssing ##775# that there is no address listed for the PRL almost like it does not have one.
I seached for topic with this issue, but so far no luck. That is why I am creating a new one.

the prl only controls the roaming list?

that doesn't sound like a prl issue..

did you do anything else to the phone to cause this, or this is out of nowhere.

did you try flashing the radio or rom. i just flashed to the new leaked radio and rom, and its great

Where is the new leaked radio and rom posted?

No signal for the sprint rom. I also installed the alltel rom and prl and no signal again.

sounds like a trip to the store is in order they will prob just swap it out for ya

I don't have an account with Sprint. I wonder if it would be covered under the 1 year manufacturer warranty. I will have to call.
