Very strange battery life/issues

I have a CDMA diamond, with MTS in Manitoba. I was running Juicy 3.71, 4.2, and now Mighty 3.7, but they all have the same issues.

1: When i take the phone off the charger after it being on all night, the battery immediately drops to 95%-96%. It does the same thing with the spare battery that was charged in the cradle. I am using the OEM charger with the cradle. It does the same thing when just plugged into the charger without the cradle.

2: The phone will drop 20% in a little over an hour sometimes, without doing anything. I am using the No2Chem 1% battery driver. I do npt have any data services constantly on, and have the data connection to shut off after a a minute. Email checks every 30 minutes, but thats all that is running.

3: This is my second phone, because the first one had this problem, and i thought it was defective. No one else on MTS with a diamong has this issue right now, and some people are running Juicy's rom.

4: I am about to hard reset, and not install anything, to see if that makes a difference. Although anything i installed is not running unless i open it, as i am using TF3D, and not using second today.

5: When my phones gets to 0% and shuts off, when i turn it back on, it shows 15% and continues to work for another 30 minutes.

This sucks, as there is no way i can get 8 hours without having to charge, or swap batteries.

Any ideas?

Are you in a very low signal area? Always roaming?

No and no, great signal in my house (3-4 bars) and we have full coverage in Manitoba, no roaming.
