A few questions..please, upgraded from Sprint Touch

I got the Diamond and with some experience from having the vogue (sprint touch) I figured it would be pretty easy knowing my way around my new Diamond, but I have some questions.

How do I find more information on user customization? Like advanced configuration tool for Sprint Touch. I want to be able to change the clock and icons and what not.

Where or is there a nice keyboard that can landscape and is fuctional

What screen rotator works best? I tried installing manilla landscape and it didn't seem to work after it said it installed.

Thanks, is there are any really helpful FAQs or something to get me started, i'd really appreciate the help.
