backup pim info without syncing?

So I want to play with some different ROMS this weekend. The problem is all of my contacts are synced in Outlook with my work computer (no outlook at home)

Is there a program that can save all my info to my internal storage and restore it all without syncing?

Try Spb Backup, it will back up everything, even the internal if you want. Take the ZIP off the end, its a CAB file.

With Spb Backup, a file will be created on your internal. Once the file is there, you no longer need the program to restore the file

PIM is an EXE file, so you can just place it on your internal storage along with the backup file it made. When youre ready just load the program, load the backup file, and restore.
