What is the best program to use?

When I had the Touch I used to Home Customizer to change my today screen. I just got the Diamond and would like to know what to use.

I have been reading but I'm not sure what TF3d is. Is it the same as the Manila? I installed the Manila and my clock are not transparent.

So how do I get my clocks transparent? It shows that they should be but they are not on my today screen.
