Sending picture Mail with Sprint

I am trying to send a picture to a friend who has Verizon and my messages are saying they sent but my friend doesn't recieve them. I can recieve pic mail from my friend just fine. Are there some setting that need to be tweaked, like size of the photo or it to go through?

I figured it out. Verizon must not like big file sizes, changing the picture setting to "M", which is medium I believe worked perfectly. In case anyone was curious!

I haven't had any luck with any of my picture mail getting through. I'm just about to give up on it

i changed my camera setting to 1mp and the camera actually works better, and the images take less time to send... but its not 100% at all. it takes hours and hours for someone to get pictures from me, which ****ing sucks. this is ridiculous. it should just work.

but sprint picture mail takes away the need for that program right? i used smms on my mogul but since i finally have a diamond, i have used sprints pic mail and it has worked perfectly...
