In Search of Unknown Caller Block App

Just as the title says im am looking for either a application or setting that will block unknown callers or people who block there # to not ring on my phone or a way to set it so i can restrict certain people from calling my phone. For some reason lately i have had this person calling me asking for someone else all the time from 3 different #s so i would love to block them so they dont disturb me . Im getting sick of hitting ignore or mute 20 times a day and No i dont want to change my # i have had it forever.

I heard MagiCall is good..... I haven't tried it yet but I need a good solution for several blocking "rules", so I was going to try it out soon.

it works very well, im using it.
