Is your diamond battery life horrible? Not any more!!!

Apparently there is a 3000 mAh battery?! (yes 3000 mAh, more than double the stock battery) Has anyone bought one of these batteries? I personally just carry a spare battery in my pocket but freaked out when I saw a 3000 mAh one. It says its made for the cdma version, but looks kinda sketch since there is no slot for the mini usb jack at the bottom of the battery cover. I'd try one, but at $90 a pop I think I'll just stick with using a spare. Check it out here:

Looks nice, but I just can't trust non-oem batteries. I've seen them melt and leak acid inside the phone.

In case someone has not yet seen the Seido accessories thread, they have an extended life battery. Not too much more than stock, but may keep you through the day.

I had one of their extended life batteries for my touch and it worked great.

I have one of theese for the diamond and they do work. At the end of the day with talking on the phone for about an hour doing some light exchange email pulls and at night when I go to bed and drop it on the cradle its 30% charge left.

That other bat on ebay those things suck. Its like carrying a brick in your pocket. And they burn up, explode, leak.

Looks like a great battery to have. How heavy is the phone with it?
