Diamond and diag mode

First sorry if this has been discussed i have searched and turned up nothing so far. im running c4rbon-juicy3 rom and cannot enter into diag mode via ##diag or any other combo also i cannot locate any dmrouter.exe. please help me get into diag mode or point me in the right direction. thank you Ryan EDIT to moderator i posted in wrong section please remove
