Is there anyway to extract ArsoftMMS from the Alltel Diamond Stock Rom and make it a .cab.

Yes, it already is a cab. You need to decompile the stock rom with prepit, and then it is in the oemapps folder, within the oem folder.

It's there, I'm looking at it right now. It's called PictureMail_0.1.14.4.CAB. I would post it, but that's a no no.

It very much is there, if you are on stock Alltel rom, and very much a no-no to post it.

no it is not there, this is for the alltel diamond. there is no cab file, it is built into the oem folder. the cab is spread out. with every file seperate, and then you have all the registry spread around in the oemapps.rgu, the oemdrivers.rgo and then you have more files. it is possable to take them all and place them in a cab, but it will take a lot of time and you need to know what files you need and then extract the registry from the registy

Oops, my bad. I thought we were talking Sprint. It's in the Sprint Rom. I should learn to read better.

Thanks alot guys I did rip apart the rom and yeah everything is spreadout.
