This cab adds an option to allow Roaming Only and that's it....

You may not have a tower near you that has roaming capabilities with Sprint

Is there anything like this for Verizon? I need an app to toggle 1x only and automatic on Verizon.

Do you know of anyone who has developed a CAB to easily toggle between "automatic" and "roam only" modes on Sprint, more specifically Sprint Treo Pro running WM 6.1?

Just something to mention. You may get cancelled if you are roaming most of the time. They will send you a letter stating that and cancel you hence why they removed it from their phones. Not just sprint but if you have other carriers and roaming all the time even though its included in your plan.
