Start Up Delay

Is there anyway to make a program start up with windows but start up say like 5 or 10 seconds after the device has been powered on? I know you can put it in the start up folder. My problem is the program Gyrator, a program that will use the accel. (spelling?) and make landscape available anywhere, if I put it in my start up folder it starts up to fast and won't work. But I can close and and re-open it and it works. So I'm wanting the program to not start up right away.

im not being a jerk, but could you please change your phone in info. diamond forum, mogul phone and thread about diamond. it will help in the future.

I wanna say there is, but i'm tired and can't really think of where i've seen it. I'll search tomorrow and post what i find if someone hasn't already
