HTC touch w/ windows 6.1 diamond ver

I am very new here, but i tried to copy an mp3 from storage card to my phone and when i went past it to my ringtones folder it gave me an error message.... I am using Resco Explorer Trial version and it asks for some type of code.... owner - ppckitchen.org code ?. Also do you know how to stop the phone from freezing up and moving slow? I had to pwr on/off a few times. One last question. Is there a way to close the icons that are abover the Today option when you click on the start button? it shows the last programs i was in. I checked task manager and it said nothing was open. Can anyone please help me? I am a lost soul out here.

Resco is a purchasable software, I suggest trying their site for that. No warez.

Music: I have no idea y you are having problems going by a folder, try syncing with WMP.

Freezing: The diamond should not be freezing up and moving slow, mine does not do this, what programs do you have open? Is one consuming alot of resources?

Start Menu problem: That has been in every winmo device I have ever had, the only thing ive seen is you used to be able to switch from large start menu to smaller version that would put these programs in the middle.

thanks! I dont know what programs i have that would consume a lot of resources. I was just playing ms. pacman. Are there any tweaks you could enlighten me on. Cause my 6.1 i think is some type of beta version that expires in 14 days...i let this guy at work tweak it and i dont think he knew what he was doing. plus i cant open audio gateway.
