Video files

I am former crackberry user that has made the switch.
1. I want to put a couple of movie files on my diamond for when I am on the road. Can anyone reccomend a video compression program that works with this phone, that does not leave the movie choppy. (the berry had a very good one that basically compressed to approximately 50% of originall size with great playback)With work files I have limited space.
2. I am trying to fix the out of focus pictures on the people favorites tab and have had no luck. Has anyone else had this problem. Any help appreciated as while it is not a huge problem it does cheapen the device that a primary feature is so bad.

1. I use Xilisoft Video convertor as I can take any video and get it to play flawlessly on my Vogue, Diamond, Zune, iPod, well, you get the point. It is however not free. But you can download a trial version here and see if it works well enough for you to purchase it.

2. It is because the images that you are using for your contacts are not high enough quality. This is from another post I had last week:

Agreed on the blurry pictures from Outlook... I always add them manually on the phone. Then you can use PIMBackup (or another similar app) to backup your contacts and not have to deal with it again in the future.

As for the contact pictures that the Diamond takes, the specs are as follows...

240 x 320 pixels
96 dpi
24 bit depth

I can confirm that this is drastically different and far better quality on the Contacts Tab of TF3D.
