So how do you initiate a Voice Command call from the Handset since they took yet another button away?

How is the Volume on the Bluetooth Headset for Voice Command confirmations?

I believe the default setting is "push and hold" on the Send button. And I haven't had a problem with the volume on the voice command confirmation with my Motorola H700 headset. No more so than listening to any phone conversation, anyway.
