How Can I disable fast charging?

Hi I'm using OMJ 6.5.5 rom and i wen i connect the phone to the laptop show me an alert on USB and I cant get to work Internet Sharing and charging at the same time.

Can you go to your power options/settings and check the box that says when connected to external power do not charge the battery?
I know on 6.1 you can click on the taskbar and then click on the battery and it will open the power options screen. Or you could go from the start menu to settings then click the system tab and click on the power icon.
