Have problem waking up from power-off status

I am using official kitchen 1.0.4.

After my Sprint 6700 powered off, i am not able to turn on the phone with power button. I need to slide out the keyboard then the phone turned on automatically (dark backlight), then i press power, backlight turned on.

Is there any problem with my phone? Or i did anything wrong?
